Everything was fantastic; the staff welcomed me and fulfilled every request I made. The only downside was the bed, which could have been a touch more comfortable and the linens felt somewhat worn, but I understand that’s normal wear and tear. Check‑out time was fine.

The hotel was very clean and the room had a mini‑fridge. All was good.

The hotel sits just outside the city center, but you can reach the center on foot in 10 minutes. The lagoon and free access to it are also within walking distance. It’s a solid 3‑star hotel. The only downside was that there was no lake view, only a view of the houses on the other side of the street.

The location was good. The breakfast was minimal with very small portions. The bathroom was very old. The lighting in the room was practically nonexistent. We had booked a first‑floor room with a balcony overlooking the lagoon, yet we were given a ground‑floor room (ants included) because the four‑room suites were only on the ground floor. It’s a shame that the bookings don’t reflect this.
