It was a rip‑off: I booked a room with a terrace, which was listed as available, but when I entered the room there was no terrace. I went down to reception from the second floor with my suitcase, told the receptionist, who seemed surprised and said she couldn’t do anything. After about 15 minutes I was told a terrace room existed, went back with my suitcase, only to find again that there was no terrace. I’m a guest who always filters for balconies, so this was a clear deception and fraud—selling a product that simply doesn’t exist. I intend to report this to the consumer office soon.
