How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hosts were warm and friendly, the location was convenient, the air‑conditioner worked fine, and the bed was comfortable. One small note: we’d have liked a wardrobe in the room because there was nowhere to hang clothes. The room felt dark, lacked light, and sometimes we wanted warmer water.

Just a five‑minute walk from Mirissa beach, the room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony. The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was the smell of gasoline in the room.

Perfectly located, huge rooms, an extremely cozy bed, very quiet, spotless, simply peaceful. The only issue was the luxury flaw: no refrigerator in the room.

Everything was magnificent. The only downside was the dirty beaches in that part of the island.

Nice spot with plenty of restaurants, about a seven‑minute walk to the main beach, and a kitchen is available. The room was tiny and not clean; the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Be prepared to pay for everything. From the start they tried to charge us a booking fee that hosts must pay. When I opened the door, the lock broke. The owners called a repairman and asked us to cover the lock replacement and repairs.
