“The worst accommodation”

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Nobody told us the elevator was broken, so we had to haul our bags up three flights of stairs to the end of the building. The room smelled of mold, we found a lizard inside, and the sheets had holes. I’ve attached photos so everyone can see how awful it was—absolutely unacceptable! I would not recommend this place.

The grounds and restaurants were gorgeous, but some areas were really noisy.

“Nice place for the price!”

The staff were incredible and fixed a few small problems right away, but the hot tub left something to be desired and the beachfront needed a thorough clean with new chairs; we ended up heading to the state park instead.
