How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is good. The room was unclean – bed sheets were stained and the pillowcases too – which was very unsatisfactory.

The bedroom was large and just as described. The cleaning is charged as an extra, they don’t change towels or sheets, and the additional cleaning service is bad; I would not return.

The room was roomy and the view was pleasant, but the hotel itself felt okay while the staff fell short; the front desk clerk and a bell boy were unprofessional, and they even took my $10 tip when delivering luggage, which wasn’t enough.

The property was spotless, yet the pools shut down at 7 p.m.—a terrible time, as they should stay open until at least 11 p.m.—and the large pool was drained by the end of my stay. Parking was outrageously expensive and inconvenient, housekeeping was pricey and uncooperative, and resort drinks were ridiculously overpriced; I’ll never return.

The only drawback was the length of my stay.
