A beautiful spot in a stunning setting on the Hoge Veluwe. It’s housed in a national monument, an old WWII hangar. The reception was very pleasant. The breakfast consists of a very good, extensive buffet. Truly recommended. A tip: consider putting shutters in the windows—especially useful in summer when you open a window.

It’s a lovely place right in the middle of the forest. You walk straight into nature and you’re only 10 minutes from Papendal (where I had to be for a conference). The room comes with everything you need to prepare a simple meal, and the breakfast buffet was fine. I was lucky that the weather was beautiful and I enjoyed working on my laptop in the garden. The building next to the B&B was being renovated, which regularly disrupted the idyllic feel.
