“Excelente custo-benefício”

The location is excellent, close to the city centre and historic churches. Plus, the Bar da Ouropretana is almost right across the street and there’s a pizzeria next door. There are also a restaurant, café, grocery store and bakery nearby. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was hearty and served in the room. Housekeepers changed the towels and bed linens and cleaned the bathroom daily. Even though the street is a bit busy, the noise didn’t bother us much at night. Suggestions for improvement: replace the soap holder with one for shampoo, etc. The bathroom flush mechanism needs replacing because it sometimes leaks water into the toilet. Check the kitchen tap because the sink drips a lot.

The flat is well equipped, the bathtub is great and the bed is comfortable and always clean. Breakfast is simple but very well prepared and tasty. Service is excellent! Easy check‑in and check‑out.

“Uma boa estadia”

The loft is very cool, the bed is comfy, the room has a bathtub, ideal for a couple. Breakfast is served in the room at a pre‑arranged time and very punctual. It’s also very safe, with electronic locks for access. The cleaning lady who served breakfast was very kind and helpful. Because the space is open without any partition, the toilet is part of the set and there’s no privacy when you need to use it; it’s fine if you’re traveling alone, but not for two people. That was a real issue for me and I don’t think it’s fair that at check‑in and payment the owners offered a discount and a gift to cancel on Booking and settle the amount directly with the lodge. We declined, of course.
