“It is a dump, avoid like the plague.”

At check in the clerk told us they no longer deal with third party agencies. I was asked to pay for the room directly. I had no choice but to trust that they would issue me a receipt showing I paid in this case cash. If i would not have checked in I would be charged for NoSho and would have had to pay out of pocket for a room at another hotel. The room was dusty, dated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Bookings.com is still showing it is partnering with this property at the time of writing this review

I was upset that they didn't honor my Booking reservation; they asked me to cancel and then raised the rate by almost 50%, so I think they should leave this platform to stop scamming people.

They charged my card, but Oyó has no business relationship with Hotel Oasis, so this is a scam that you allowed.

“Fraudulento”

The location and parking were good, but when I booked I was charged $40 at the hotel. They told me there was no Booking deal, that the room cost $750, and that they weren’t responsible if Booking charged me; they suggested I cancel.
