The owner was super friendly, greeted us in German, guided us to our room, and even offered a small tour. We stayed just one night while traveling by motorcycle, so we didn’t get to try all the hotel’s offerings. The location is great, a bit above Spindlermühlen on a very quiet side street. The décor is rustic, with wooden paneling on the walls. The bathroom was spotless and met every expectation. The highlight was the on‑site restaurant – the food was truly outstanding, and we felt well taken care of. The value for money is unbeatable, and we’ll definitely ask for it again on our next trip to the Czech Giant Mountains. Our motorcycles could be parked covered and camera‑monitored – something we rarely find elsewhere on our journeys.

Excellent food and wine tastings that surpassed our expectations, pleasant staff, and a very peaceful spot for hikes. The only drawback was the occasional clatter from the transformer near the house, which was barely annoying.
