How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was clean and lovely, and the staff were friendly. We were given a room on the 4th floor with windows that sat almost two metres up, about a metre on each side, giving no view and making us feel like we were in a basement. The rooms are not shown in the photos on the website. The breakfast restaurant was dull, cafeteria‑like, cold, and offered no reason to enjoy it.

We found the location superb, just two minutes from Torre delle Polveri. The room we received was quiet and fairly spacious, and the breakfast was complete. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing: although towels were changed each time we requested, the toilet remained unclean, and over five days the sink was never cleaned.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the old town. It’s a simple place, but it has everything you need, and there’s a parking lot in the courtyard with a gate.

Very convenient for our needs, within easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit, and the breakfast was good. Noise from traffic and trams at night and early morning was an issue.
