The checkout staff was great and very helpful. Aside from Five West, the only restaurants mentioned by the check‑in person were McDonald’s and Costco; an up‑to‑date list of nearby spots would be nice, especially when the internet is hard to use from out of town.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The property itself was fine, but the floor in our room needed extra cleaning; after we pointed it out, a staff member came and cleaned it.

Everything was close by. The only downside was that there wasn’t enough coffee in the room.

The location is convenient for restaurants, and the private shuttle is a huge plus when traveling to and from the Mayo Clinic. The beds are comfortable, the hot breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. There was nothing I didn’t like.
