The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to fulfill all requests. We were picked up by the night bus 4 hours before check‑in and could move into the room early. Extending our stay and arranging a trip to Donsak Pier for 500 baht were also easy with him. He even called the pier to confirm the ferry to Koh Phaluai and always had fresh water, shampoo, etc. ready. The room was large, with a balcony, a big bed, a fridge, towels, and more. The pool was nice and we had the facilities to ourselves, which made the experience feel even better. The location is good; you can reach the town center with food stalls, restaurants, Lotus Supermarket, Big C, 7/11, etc. in 5 minutes. A scooter is still recommended, especially for the beach/night market (you can get one for 300 baht). Nothing was found that bothered us.
