“Ottimo hotel a Naha”
The onsen was wonderful and it’s a bonus that the hotel has a convenience store and more than one restaurant. However, the rooms aren’t cleaned daily, which I didn’t expect for the price I paid.

I liked the BBQ you can eat by the poolside. I did notice the building and interior felt a bit old.

It was clean and very close to the airport. The customer focus was limited. We had to leave after a day because a typhoon warning forced us to cancel; the staff were friendly but spoke very poor English and only pointed to Booking for changes, yet they refused to adjust via Booking. The hotel itself feels quite old, parking is expensive relative to the size, and overall it’s below average for Japan.

There’s a hot spring and the airport is nearby. The room was dirty, with noticeable dust and hair.

The hotel is beautiful and the buffets are delicious. The coin‑operated laundry is scarce when crowds are high.
