The location was fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotless. Nothing else to mention!

This hotel was amazing; we stayed for a friend’s wedding nearby. It was the first place I’d ever seen a pillow menu – pricey, but you get what you pay for. The lunch service by the pool was a bit slow one day, but otherwise excellent. I was charged extra for an iced matcha at breakfast, even though I’d already paid a lot for the room and breakfast; don’t expect to pay for those extras, it felt a bit sneaky.

The whole hotel felt luxurious, and the staff were amazing—friendly and welcoming. Nothing else to add; everything was fabulous.

The rooms were beautiful and the swimming pools were great. The breakfast was a bit warm, not hot enough, and the plates were cold, which didn’t help the overall temperature.
