The TV didn’t work and they told us they weren’t technicians, so there was no solution.

The location is really good, and the check‑in and check‑out were very fast. I came to Vienna for a conference and asked for an iron to press my jacket and shirt, but they told me they couldn’t provide one in the room and there was no paid or free ironing service. This was the first time I’d encountered such an issue. Also, although the location is great, the exterior is extremely noisy with train sounds, garbage trucks, etc., because it’s very close to the road; you can’t sleep with the window open, but it’s not too annoying with it closed. Finally, the room should at least have the simplest hotel towel.

Anche se la struttura è old style, è comunque accogliente,pulita, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono locali nelle vicinanze, supermercati, e cosa molto importante ha sia la metro che il tram disponibili a pochi passi. Lo consiglio
