The breakfast was good, the full‑size Dove products in the bathroom were nice, and it didn’t smell like damp carpet or mold like the nearby Radisson. If these details are maintained, people will keep coming. I couldn’t get any receipt, not even for the $150 deposit or the $5 a day for parking that I paid in person. Why charge for parking as if we’re supposed to fly or walk to the hotel? They only gave one parking card even though I booked for two people, and I’m pretty sure the second person would have been charged. This stay wasn’t a vacation for me and my husband; we were there because of safety issues with our landlord and stayed the rest of the week at a hotel due to harassment until we could move into our new place on October 1st. Two men walked in on me while I was naked, even though I told them not to open the door. When I called the front desk, they said they had posted a note under every door the night before that someone was coming to check the doors, but I was at work so I didn’t see it. I’m pregnant and was feeling very hot, so I stayed naked to cool off; they knocked, I said no thank you, they knocked again, I said no thank you again, and they used their key to open the door anyway. I kept screaming “I’m naked, don’t come in, I’m naked, please don’t come in” and they still came in. They rushed and closed the door because I kept saying “I’m naked, I’m naked.” It was humiliating—I felt like I was about to be raped or something. The front desk said because they put the paper the day before they’re not responsible for the men’s actions. A supervisor told me the same thing, then offered points for some membership I don’t even have or know about. With everything having a membership, people can’t afford all of them. Giving men a key to my room so they can go inside whenever they want, whether I say yes or no, is insane. I didn’t feel safe at all after that.

Easy to reach, yet the facilities looked worn and the room ventilation was inadequate.

Meh overall, and I wish there were more side dishes.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious, everything stayed spotless, and I loved the breakfast and coffee bar—no complaints at all.
