The staff were friendly. The bathroom shower was rusted and just didn’t work properly.

The location was good. The road to the hotel is quite rough and very difficult to navigate through dust, especially when it rains, and the room I stayed in had a bad smell. Ordering food via room service could take forever; please improve.

The location and outdoors are very good. The food was really nice, the dining area was clean but a bit hit‑and‑miss, no fan, and the staff were very helpful. The shower was not up to standard – it looked old, rusted, with loose parts and the sides were not very clean; there were no signs of hot or cold water, and the temperature varied depending on where you twisted the tap.
