The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the staff were welcoming; the spot was spot‑on for our plans and the on‑site restaurant was handy with tasty food and excellent service. The TV was dead the first night, but the staff fixed it by the second night. However, the noise from other guests and the restaurant kept coming into the early hours, making it hard to sleep.

The bathroom looked great, but the microwave had a rotten smell and was unusable, a fork lay dirty on the floor, the door lacked a chain so we felt unsafe, there were several spiders in the unit, and everything was dusty.

The location worked well for our family event, yet we booked two rooms for two nights and both were filthy: white sheets were stained brown, the shower was so grimy we avoided it, and the check‑in staff initially said no rooms were available before moving me to the next door after I complained. It wasn’t worth the price; we’ll opt for an Airbnb next time.
