Abdullah Al Otaibi delivered outstanding service; after my previous room was uncomfortable he handled the situation exceptionally well, was professional and understanding, and upgraded me to a suite, his quick help made a huge difference to my stay and I truly appreciate his hospitality!

Because I was there for a conference, the location was very convenient, yet the accommodation was not comfortable, clean, or relaxed.
