“Not bad but not wonderful.”
The place is in a good spot and the staff are very friendly and nice, but the rooms feel a bit cramped and could use a fresh coat of paint and some fixes.

The location is good, but the breakfast is overrated; the claim that Urban Faqra offers an EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST is misleading because it turns out to be just an average meal—either make it truly exceptional or drop the claim. The staff are friendly, thank you.

The location is practical and convenient, and the staff are extremely professional and friendly, yet the old furniture and poor sound insulation mean you can hear everyone walking in and out.
