“Good location, nice rooms, the best service!”
The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Citta Alta for the guys and the shopping area for the ladies. Every room at Ginevra is ultra‑modern and spotless, and ours even had a nice balcony. The service was outstanding, especially the CEO Leila Gritti, who resolved a booking error and even called us at home to confirm everything. When we needed to change our travel plans on the last day, she arranged transportation to Milan on the spot. We’ll definitely return to Ginevra Rooms on our next trip to Bergamo. Nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient from the airport and close to landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable for two people, had the basics, and a small supermarket was a short walk away. No negatives.

The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right across from the apartment and easy access to Cita Alta and medieval Bergamo via line 1. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is immaculate, the staircase is elegant, and the elevator works. The balcony offers a great view of the square, the restaurant garden, and especially the hill with Bergamo Cita Alta. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely come back next time.
