I’ve stayed here twice whenever I visit Jakarta. The staff were friendly, the manager lady spoke good English, and the housekeeping team was kind and helpful; I’ll return. The Wi‑Fi never worked at all.

The front‑desk person was available to help me register on the app, but the key‑pad system for opening the room and the lighting were a nightmare. There was a serious lack of cleanliness, no VMC in the room, no sink, and not even a mirror. It was a shame to encounter young people who didn’t respect others’ sleep, talking loudly until 3:30 am, and leaving the terrace in a pitiful state.

The staff were really nice—very helpful and patient. Big kudos to them! The place was quite comfortable and close to the Gonglor Bus Terminal. The check‑in was a bit difficult, but the staff assisted you.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the value for money was excellent. It’s close to public transport and the location is ideal. The top floor can be hard to reach when you’re tired; there’s no elevator at night.
