“Buen hotel.”
The location is pretty good. During my stay, other guests made a lot of noise and didn’t let me rest. I didn’t say anything to them.

The staff were friendly. There was a complete lack of supplies: no liquid soap, no glass to rinse your mouth, no luggage rack, no chair. The bathroom is too small; if you’re even a few kilos over, you can’t fit in. They didn’t warn you that there’s no elevator, and breakfast is on the fourth floor, so you have to climb stairs.

Breakfast was good and the location is convenient. The lighting is poor and the toilet has issues.

The location is very convenient. The room on the fifth floor had no elevator (they should have warned before booking), the bed was uncomfortable. There was no fridge in the room, so I left things in the reception fridge (which only staff can open) and when I went to retrieve them, “someone else had taken them.” Additionally, the room flooded twice in the middle of the night due to a pipe problem. The air conditioner was very noisy and sprayed water onto the bed.

I liked the location. The check‑in was delayed; I arrived before a group of Mexicans and they ignored me while they were served. The waitress at the restaurant was very rude.
