I really liked the receptionists; they treated me very well, always friendly, polite, and attentive. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bed linens were also very clean. The hotel is in a good location. Overall, the stay was very good.
The room was ergonomically designed and the staff were polite and non-confrontational. However, the bathroom plumbing was dirty and the bedding had stains; after we complained, the linens were replaced.
“Зручно. Доброзичлива комунікація. Затишний номер.”
The communication was friendly, the room was very quiet, and everything was just enough. The location is convenient, though it’s in a quiet neighbourhood.
We liked everything overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing between rooms was impressive, letting us rest well. It would be better if the bedside tables were on both sides of the bed instead of just one, and we’d appreciate at least one coffee capsule per person.
The location was great, there were no hidden fees, and if possible they could check guests in faster (humanly). The area is quiet, not hot, and there are restaurants and cafés nearby.
