The hotel sits in a central spot, rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly. Many of us booked because it advertised a balcony for smoking, but the balconies are unusable—smoking is forbidden, no furniture, and air conditioning units are hanging from them. With 8 floors and only one elevator for 200 beds, wait times feel endless. Water pressure is terrible; on the 5th floor there was barely any water. Breakfast is awful—just toast, disgusting artificial jam, cheap bottled juices, lukewarm kettle coffee, and cold scrambled eggs. Only hot dishes for Asian guests, no cheese or similar. Rooms are clean but the furniture is broken, worn, and shabby. The hotel deserves two stars, never five.
