The staff were friendly and the building was clean; I requested a smoking room and the indoor scent was negligible, so I had a very comfortable stay. When I tried to wear the hotel’s pajamas, hair fell onto them, so I switched back to my own, but I don’t mind a single strand of hair so I wasn’t upset. Everything else was very clean, so I was completely satisfied.

The room was clean, but the morning buffet was disappointing because the food wasn’t kept warm, the selection was limited, and I wasn’t satisfied. I couldn’t find a microwave, so I couldn’t use it, and the lack of outlets around the bed was inconvenient.

This hotel is a good example of the chain’s quality: helpful staff, tidy room, a bathhouse and coin laundry, and bikes could be parked safely inside. Everything was in order, and the practical location put restaurants within walking distance.
