“Will not book there again”
Close to our event. Carpet smell, breakfast choices limited, bathtub without anti-slip surface, AC too noisy
“The pool was dirty didn’t have hot water in the shower king size bed with queen sheets on it not clean I called the fron”
The hotel was close to my family.
“Friendly staff, clean hotel & easy access to nearby areas”
The rooms were noticeably cleaner than most hotels, Wi‑Fi connected without trouble, and the staff were friendly. The parking lot was completely full; more spaces would have helped, especially since it’s the only hotel in the area, though it was graduation weekend, so I’ll overlook that.
Breakfast was good, but the room felt too small for the rate.
We stayer two times in two weeks. The first stay was excellent. The second stay we were put in an accessible rom. I am tall and with everything located below 4' and me with a back problem it was not convenient. The bathroom door opened out to meet code requirements. It was very hard to get the latch to catch on the door without a lot of strength. My grandkids had a hard time closing it. I think it took more than the 2# requirement in the ADA law. I didn't complain at the desk as I was coming down with larengitis and trying not to talk unless I had to. So, we put up with the inconvencies of the the room. Since I am a senior citizen, they probably thought they were doing me a favor by putting us in this room. The second stay we were put in an accessible rom. Also, the cost of a room at this hotel was double what we paid in all the other cities we stayed at in Texas during our 2 week visit
