Across from beach and a couple of restaurants walking distance, many things short drive away and easily accessible by train. Rooms were very spacious, nicely furnished, well lit with large windows that you can open and had an exceptional full size, European style bath tub. Nicer selection of toiletries that most locations I have stayed at in Japan. Ramp to parking lot is steep, be careful if you have a low riding vehicle, otherwise no problems
