The staff were utterly unfriendly and incompetent, hygiene was borderline, and the noise from the street and inside the hotel was unbearable – the money was not worth it at all.

Nothing. I was accommodated in a different building than it was published in booing.com. Conditions were terrible. I have right to ask full reimbursement

The location was great, but the online photos mislead about the accommodation. The apartment was old, poorly equipped, partly dirty, had a strange smell, and the Wi‑Fi worked very poorly.
