“Dezamagitor”
I stayed at this hotel from 18 September 2026 for 2 nights on floor 2. I booked because of good reviews and was told breakfast was available and paid at the property. I saw photos of the restaurant’s food, but when I arrived they told me the restaurant was closed, being rented to a catering company that prepares Israeli‑specific dishes I couldn’t access. Although the hotel bar has a professional espresso machine, it isn’t used by the staff, so we had to buy coffee elsewhere in town. On Friday, to get hot water we had to wait 40 minutes (with the tap running at full flow) for it to arrive. Saturday and Sunday the water was only cold. Only two families were staying in the entire hotel. This hotel does not deserve its 4‑star rating.
