Breakfast was acceptable, and the staff working during that time were outstanding—very helpful and courteous, though I wished there were more options.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean, but the front desk was inadequate: I booked two rooms, yet they were supposed to be charged separately; both credit cards were presented but only one card was used for both rooms. Additionally, a pet fee of $75 was added separately, so taxes and fees were paid on that charge, and the pet fee was not disclosed until check‑in. Hampton had the highest pet fee; other hotels only charge $25 and add it to the room charges. I will not stay at Hampton hotels again.
