“Funcional amigável”

The kitchen is very well equipped, the owner and staff are very friendly, and the location is great. Most guests were young people with good social interaction. Shared spaces were well maintained and available. The owner made sure we were comfortable. I traveled with my daughter and overall we really enjoyed the stay. Friendly and welcoming, I would definitely return to this place. I found the bathroom too narrow and annoying. The room felt a bit warm and the table fan was insufficient for two people. In the first two days the toilet didn’t work well. The cleanliness level wasn’t ideal. The room key had a set that made opening and closing difficult until we figured it out. I also didn’t like staying in a ground‑floor room with a street‑side window; I felt a bit “invaded” by passersby.

The room is very large with a spacious wardrobe, two desks with chairs, and a nightstand. The bathroom is a bit small, windowless, but has everything needed. A shower towel per person and a small bathroom towel are provided. A small fan is supplied, though it wasn’t necessary. The common kitchen is large and fully equipped. Upon arrival, the manager, very kind, greets you personally, shows the property, and gives city tips. The location isn’t very central; it takes about 40 minutes on foot to reach the center, but there’s a nearby bus or Uber is very convenient. A support plan in the bathroom would be useful. The shower curtain is a bit awkward because it risks flooding the bathroom. The room curtain didn’t work well. The terrace isn’t like the photos and isn’t very usable.

“Luis was exceptionally helpful on my very late arrival at 2am , offered assistance and was able to help with a printing”

Access was easy, clean and tidy, with enough room for one. I prefer a softer bed.

The room and nearby infrastructure are excellent. The room is clean and meets expectations. There is a fairly tidy common area and kitchen. Check‑in was moved from 15 to 17 h because the room wasn’t cleaned, which seriously disrupted my plans.
