The hostel was no longer there and no one informed us, so we had to wait for our money.

“You get what you pay…”

The price was reasonable and the kitchen was good, but when I booked again they double‑booked the rooms and I had to find another place.

“Sie haben mich um mein Geld betrogen.”

We paid, yet they didn’t check us in; they promised a refund but it’s been over a month and nothing has happened.

The stay never happened, I paid €57 for six days, and when I arrived in the evening I was told someone was responsible for that; they should have refunded me but haven’t yet. Everything else was sloppy.
