The chalet was spotless, everything worked like a charm – the bed was comfy and the shower earned a perfect 10. All the kitchen gear a couple could need was there, and the road leading up was in great shape, just a tiny stretch of dirt. Location couldn't be easier, so we’re already planning another visit.

The chalet felt brand‑new, fully stocked and everything worked without a hitch. Mariana was on top of everything, super attentive and friendly the whole time. We felt well taken care of.
Prime location, everything in the room is brand‑new, clean and even smells fresh. It’s well equipped and I’d gladly give it a perfect score.

We loved the spot – just minutes from downtown and the Serrano lookout with its killer view, all reachable by car. Breakfast isn’t served, but a cute café down the street is cheap, and we could pedal over on one of the bikes the chalet provides. The only thing that could improve the stay is swapping the wood stove for an electric heater, but it didn’t ruin the wonderful experience.
