Nothing really stood out, except one breakfast staff member who was especially pleasant. I reported two problems when checking out – a blackout curtain hanging off the rail and a bathtub that wouldn’t drain – and the receptionist made a big fuss about why I didn’t mention them earlier. I shouldn’t have to point out such issues in a five‑star hotel; I wasn’t there to pick a room. Housekeeping came daily, so why didn’t they fix it? It felt more like a posh retirement home than a luxury hotel.

From the moment we stepped out of our Uber to the moment we left, the staff were amazing, even helping with luggage to and from the Uber. A staff member showed us our room and explained everything inside. The room was perfect for a five‑day stay: spacious, comfortable beds, a small living area, a balcony with breathtaking views, and a decent‑sized bathroom. The spa was lovely, and I got the best massage I’ve ever had. I spent a lot of time there. The rooftop pool was relaxing and quiet. The burger at the restaurant was so good I returned twice. Breakfast offered many options, and when something like avocado was out, the staff brought it to me. The location was fantastic! Overall, staying here was a great experience that I would recommend to others. Two small complaints: I think kids under 16 shouldn’t be allowed in the spa, even though they’re permitted after 6 pm and they can’t stay quiet. The toilet room, which isn’t inside the bathroom, is extremely tiny and a bit uncomfortable.
