“great location. sufficient room”
The location was great and the room size was nice, yet the elevators were out of service, forcing us to descend 17 floors with luggage after waiting over 20 minutes for them to work.
“Great NYC DAY”
The staff were fantastic, helping with luggage storage and even carrying it to the room, and check‑in was smooth with useful local tips, but the broken elevator made the departure a cramped affair.

The breakfast was good and the location was also good, but the business center lacked space to work and required an extra fee; the room Wi‑Fi failed for over an hour and kept dropping, and it took three hours for support to check the internet; when we arrived the sheet was stained with blood (they neither changed the sheet nor cleaned properly), we had no one to swap rooms and had to move again after calling front desk, but more than an hour passed before anyone resolved it; the room was extremely small, leaving no room to move with each of us carrying one suitcase.
