Everything from the cleaning to the welcome was great, I recommend it. Nothing negative.
The lady’s welcome was of the highest quality! The room and facilities were clean; breakfast was standard with milk, yogurt, fruit juices, biscuits, toast, jam, packaged goods, a stove, coffee machine and kettle – TOP! The location was strategic (practically on the Basentana) but that made it a bit noisy… the shower was a bit small for my taste on the third floor without an elevator.

Super spacious, tidy, clean and fully equipped. The owner is a very kind and super helpful person, truly wonderful. Unfortunately the area, although shown as close to the conference centre on maps, is actually isolated and you have to cross the viaduct to reach nearby spots even though they are only 5 minutes on foot in a straight line. That’s due to the highway infrastructure. In the evenings the area was a bit dark and isolated.
