We had a hair dryer with a holder in the bathroom, but there was no outlet anywhere to plug it in.
“Un buon soggiorno”
The location in the city centre is great, the rooms aren’t huge but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had soaps and a hair dryer. Breakfast was fairly generous (mostly savory, but the sweet part wasn’t bad). The restaurant was convenient for the evening. A positive was the sauna, which was warm and open from 15 to 21; the men’s sauna had a relaxation area with armchairs and a TV. The private parking was very convenient. The rooms and the hotel overall feel a bit old and noticeable. In the bathroom there isn’t a proper shower tray, the floor itself serves as a shower, so you get soaked every time. The women’s sauna wasn’t as nice as the men’s.
“Hyvä sijainti”
Good breakfast. Noise from the neighbouring night club was audible.
Too much loud and nooise disturbance. ⚠️ Be aware of serious nighttime noise We stayed at this hotel expecting to rest and sleep, but unfortunately we were unable to sleep at all. There are several bars/disco venues very close to the hotel, and extremely loud, vibrating bass and music continued from approximately midnight until 5:00 AM. The noise was so loud that it could clearly be felt l inside the room. What is particularly concerning is that the hotel reception told us that they regularly receive complaints from guests about this same noise problem and that management is aware of it. If the hotel already knows about this recurring issue, guests should be clearly informed before booking. At the very least, room allocation should take the problem into consideration. We were given a room on a lower floor (room 200), even though the hotel is aware that these rooms can be particularly affected by the noise. A higher-floor room facing the parking side may have been a more appropriate option. Being an old hotel should not be used as an excuse for a problem that management already knows about. Guests are paying for a hotel room primarily to have a safe and comfortable place to sleep. We paid €157 for the night for our family, and unfortunately the main service we needed — a good night's sleep — was not provided. My advice to future guests: please ask the hotel specifically about nighttime noise and the location of your room before booking. If you are sensitive to noise or need to sleep at night, this is something you should seriously consider before making a reservation
