The location was excellent for the US visa consulate, and the area has good food options. Staff were very cordial and breakfast options were limited but available until noon. The bathroom was very inconvenient, tiny, and had no option to switch. The room was a fair size but the fittings were very old. Generally, Fab Hotels used to be a brand name with high expectations, but if you’re looking for some basic and decent options this is a good choice.

They charge money for each hour: early check‑in 50% for 2 hrs, late check‑out 50% for two hours. They even deny complimentary breakfast. There is no room food service, no kettle, no dryer. They didn’t keep a dental kit or towel. Staff keep arguing over things and are not friendly with customers. I won’t recommend this hotel.

The spot was spot on, just a hop from the U.S. Consulate, and breakfast hit the mark with a timing that worked for early‑bird guests—overall, a comfy and convenient stay.
