“Não recomento.”
Location. The lobby, elevator, and all first‑floor spaces smell of food and frying. The pillows are terrible, and the waitress forgot to restock the shower soap.

The hotel’s facilities are solid, and when I pointed out the room issues they switched me right away, yet the cleaning was awful—upon arrival the toilet was still in use with urine splashes on the tiles, and the sheets were of terrible quality with stains that didn’t match a pricey hotel.
I really appreciated the service, especially the receptionist Fabiana, who was very friendly and kind to me and my family.
The room was great, but the pool was not heated and the hours were too early.

The staff were very attentive from start to finish, the hotel was clean, new, and easy to find, but parking is tricky for those not used to ramps and larger cars; you have to ask for the back gate to open, though the hotel helps you through it without any hassle.
