How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was perfect, the tram stop was right outside the building, and the rooftop offered a fantastic view with a coffee/tea bar, but in the morning many shards and broken wine glasses were on the floor at the rooftop, and on Shabbat the front door, the stairwell door, and the night door were all open so that EVERYONE could just walk in, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Everything was bad; the place was neglected, did not match the pictures or what was advertised online, was dirty, the 13th‑floor observation area was missing, it was neglected, staff sat there and made a fire, alcohol and bread dough.
