The hotel’s style was lovely, but there was no heating in the room, so after 7 pm it was freezing—my health condition made it hard, and I’d like a heater for next time; I’m willing to pay more for that.

The location was fine, but we never slept there because the stay was awful; a hole in the bathroom ceiling had been stuffed with a dirty sock, the room was tiny, the bedding was dirty, and there were no toiletries.
