The chalet was comfortable and spotless, with a nice rustic feel and everything we needed—including a bathtub that was already filled when we arrived. The only hiccup was the bed in the Teo Torres unit being a bit too high, which made it tricky for shorter guests, and it didn’t have coffee cups for the morning brew. In the Bela Torre chalet the shower leaked onto the floor, so a mop or a better‑leveled floor would be helpful.

We lost power in the middle of the night and it was still out when we checked out in the morning, which really put a damper on the trip. The building itself looks fine, but there was no staff support; we had to endure the heat, swarms of mosquitoes, and even spotted rats in the suite. All in all, the lack of service made the stay pretty miserable.
