The building had been beautifully restored with stunning décor. Breakfast on the roof terrace was peaceful and served by attentive staff. The location was very close to the town square and the many restaurants.

The accommodation was truly something special: the design perfectly blended the historical flair of a real palace with stylish, modern comfort, and every detail showed the love and attention that went into it. The rooftop pool was breathtaking and the perfect spot to relax after a day in the city. The apartment was simply beautiful, extremely spacious, and well equipped. We especially want to thank the fantastic staff: Laura at reception and Asma were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at ease from the first minute and ensuring our stay was unforgettable. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time! We will definitely recommend Palazzo Matteo to anyone looking for something special.

The elegance and spaciousness were impressive. There’s no need to use air conditioning because the rooms have old stones and are very high.

The place was exceptional and unforgettable! I’ll recommend it; it’s beautifully decorated, breakfast is amazing, and the staff are super helpful. The room is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Nardo is an excellent town to stay if you want to visit the Salento area instead of bigger cities like Lecce. It’s beautiful to walk at night through a small town full of restaurants and sights.
