“Scam”
I booked last minute on December 31 and my check‑in request was approved, but when I arrived around 8‑9 pm I couldn’t get the address from the host and the lobby was empty; the host ignored my texts, didn’t answer my calls, and even the guard at the front desk wouldn’t pick up—very stressful for a night‑time check‑in with two kids; I want a refund on my credit‑card payment; I wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s still better to book a hotel or condo for watching the fireworks at MOA on New Year’s; this was my second booking with the same property as Shore Residence, I messaged the host to cancel because they said it was fully booked, but I had already paid and the cancellation was non‑refundable.
