“Really enjoyed our stay but could be improved.”
Serenity, but the toilets keep flooding, the bathroom door is broken and can’t be locked. The lady guard isn’t very welcoming, though the front desk and housekeepers are friendly.

The only complaint was that the pool wasn’t very clean and was slippery when walking in from the edge.

Struttura di alto standing per le Filippine, camere molto spaziose e personale all’altezza. Niente di negativo

The bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfy, but the reception felt like a concentration camp with endless rules. There were signs everywhere warning about corkage fees if you brought outside food or drink, and you only got one small bottle of water per day. A sign even dictated which shorts were allowed at the pool. The hotel was mostly locals using the pool all day, and early‑morning karaoke was loud. I won’t come back; at least I only booked two nights.

The Espacio Verde is a first‑class hotel featuring a swimming pool and a poolside restaurant. I first visited in August 2019 and loved the lush garden and peaceful vibe, and I came back this week for the same reason. Visiting Roxas to meet my local wife and her family, I needed a comfortable, calm, and quiet place to unwind—thank you. The only downside was the heavy bed covers; a lighter duvet would be better for a British person who gets hot in the tropics.
