The bed is too hard, the mildew smell is strong, and there are too few parking spaces.

The room’s cleanliness was poor, with some hair on the floor, a cup of tea still containing the previous guest’s water, and the shower gel was empty after the first night (the housekeeping still hadn’t replaced it).

The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered a bath and a gym, with the room interior clean and tidy. However, both sides of the front door were covered in dust and lint, as if it had never been wiped—this was especially uncomfortable for those with allergies. Housekeeping later asked if I’d like a room change; I declined because it was late, but they immediately cleaned the door. Also, the duvet and cover weren’t tied together, so the cover fell off in the morning; please secure them.
