“It was terrible!”

Breakfast was okay. The staff behaved unprofessionally, hanging out smoking outside the check‑in desk, and we ran into several prostitutes. One of them and her man were in the elevator with us; they were dirty and disgusting. My husband asked if I was a call girl until he got in the elevator. If I hadn’t been so exhausted, I would have left immediately and kept driving. I will never stay in Quincy again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t fully cleaned during my stay; garbage was removed and towels replaced but the beds were not made. The room clock was broken and I couldn’t set it to the correct time or set an alarm.

“i promise to NOT return!”

There was no pool in the summer, and everything we saw was listed as under maintenance. Sad property.

“Ok stay, horrible breakfast.”

The bed was fine. I didn’t like the breakfast or the bathroom remodel; it looked rushed and poorly done. The hotel’s location is in the heart of the hood, and the mildew smell on the second floor needs immediate attention.
