The subway and Kyoto station are close by, and the room was cozy enough for three people with laundry facilities just down the hall. We added a hot yuzu bath, which was perfect after traveling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time here. Nothing to complain about—everything worked well.

The ryokan is well positioned relative to the station, very quiet, very clean, with very kind staff. The breakfast is good and the osen is pleasant, though it’s less comfortable than a typical hotel. The room lacks space and light.

The location is good and the staff are very courteous and helpful, but the room didn’t meet my expectations. The luggage racks are a bit awkward and some details feel neglected. The bathroom is spotless. The price is too high.

L'accoglienza è stata super: ci ha spiegato come funzionava all'interno del riokan, ci ha portato su in camera per vederla nonostante nn fosse ancora pronta (siamo arrivati la mattina, il check-in era nel pomeriggio). Abbiamo cmq potuto fare il check-in prima e loro poi ci hanno fatto trovare le valigie in camera. Camera classica in stile giapponese bagno piuttosto grande. Comodo per muoversi. Lo consiglio!!. La camera essendo piccola può risultare angusta per "rifare" la valigia visto che noi abbiamo fatto un viaggio on the road ma ci siamo cmq adattati
