The location is excellent, rooms are very clean and well equipped, and the shared kitchen is also well stocked. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, spacious room with a stunning view, and the owners were very welcoming. We’ll definitely return, and it’s a great base for a trip to Śnieżka!

The room was clean, new, and spotless, which made us very satisfied, and the balcony was available too. The kitchen and dining area on the ground floor had everything needed: plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and other accessories. There was a coffee machine, coffee, tea, and everything else. The only drawback was the coffee table in the room, which was unstable and wobbled in all directions, making it easy to spill something when you set it down, but fortunately it didn’t ruin the overall impression.

The front door could be opened with a key that was coded and could be easily manipulated. For events like the Forum in Karpacz, the doors should be unlocked.
